π Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Aparok, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Aparok is an AI discovery platform that helps teams monitor prompt visibility, citations, assistant-driven traffic, crawl-based LLM readiness, and report-level recommendations.
3. User responsibilities
- You must only connect domains and install snippets on properties you control or are authorized to manage.
- You must not submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive prompts or content.
- You must not use the product to harvest credentials, scrape protected data, or violate third-party terms.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them or sharing them externally.
4. Accounts, workspaces, and data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, workspace memberships, API keys, and snippet installation details. You are also responsible for the domains, prompts, and report data stored in your workspace.
5. AI-generated output
Executive summaries, chat answers, and recommendations are generated from grounded report context but may still contain errors or incomplete interpretations. They are decision-support tools, not guarantees.
6. Billing and credits
Aparok plans include the platform plus usage-based prompt execution. Prompt runs consume credits according to the rules shown in the pricing page and in-product billing surfaces. Runs may be blocked when balance is insufficient.
7. Limitation of liability
Aparok is provided on an βas isβ and βas availableβ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to terms
We may modify these policies from time to time. Continued use of Aparok after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
π Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
- Account and workspace data such as email address, workspace name, and domain details.
- Crawl outputs such as page structure, extracted content signals, issues, and recommendations.
- Prompt monitoring data such as prompts, provider responses, answer excerpts, cited domains, and report-chat interactions.
- Snippet data such as page URL, referrer, session identifier, conversion metadata, and rendered DOM metadata.
2. How we use your information
- To generate audits, prompt analyses, reports, and grounded executive summaries.
- To process and meter product usage, including prompt credits.

3. Data retention
Workspaces can delete domains, reports, and prompt sets from the product. Some logs, backups, and third-party provider processing may have separate retention windows depending on infrastructure and deployment settings.
4. Third-party services
Aparok may rely on providers such as Supabase, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google Gemini. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the portions of your data they process.
5. Security
We use HTTPS, authenticated access controls, and managed infrastructure to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, and you remain responsible for the information you submit.
6. Your rights
You may request deletion of workspace data or ask questions about stored information through the support contact listed below.
7. Cookies and analytics
Aparok uses cookies and local storage for authentication, session handling, and product functionality. The snippet may also capture anonymous usage and referral data needed for AI traffic analytics.
